We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
The Firm has represented hundreds of individual debtors. We have counseled hundreds of business clients in numerous industries,
including: accounting, agriculture, construction, engineering, architecture, car rental, design, the "high tech" sector, ISPs, law,
medical, dental, manufacturing, importing, restaurant, retail and wholesale sales, printing, maquiladora, software development, video
and weight loss. Individual cases have involved debt ranging from $3,000 to $300,000,000. Business cases have involved debt in excess of $50,000,000.
The most common type of individual case handled by the firm involves a person with unmanageable credit card, business, or tax debt.
